Hello,
we would like to explain to you a bit about the mediation service with PROMEDES to Germany.
If you would like to take part in our project, you have to sign a mediation contract, and send it back to PROMEDES.
If you have already a level of German B1 or B2 with an certificate, or if you want to study German in your hometown, that is fine with us. You can contact us then, if you want to get a mediation ( only for nurses guaranteed) service. For doctors, we normally always find a job, for different professionals we try to find a job as well, but we cannot guarantee.
The following plan shows you what to do to go to Germany for work.
1. You send the mediation contract to us, signed, by fax, Post or email.
2. You decide, at which date you want to do the German language course.
3. You legalize your documents at a notary, so that PROMEDES can do, if necessary, the legalization in Germany to get a German diploma.
4. You attend the German language course for 8 – 12 weeks and pass the official language exam.
5. PROMEDES is looking for a flat in Germany, for a health insurance, Tax-Nr. and registration in Germany, as well as a job in Germany, and offers this to you. After you decided, which job you want to take, PROMEDES accompanies you to Germany.
If you are in Germany, you have got a telephone number and email address of PROMEDES where you can reach part of the staff, if you have got any problems in Germany. Normally, after 5 – 6 weeks, PROMEDES will call you, to ask, how the situation with job and integration is going on in Germany, and if you are happy in Germany.
If you have any queries, do not hesitate to contact PROMEDES. You can see many comments of happy nurses in Germany, mediated by PROMEDES, on our Facebook page.

How to write a CV without work-experience

Many job seeking people today have the same problem, "how do i write a CV eventhough i hardly have qualifications or experience?".
When writing an application always take your time and do not hesitate to be enthusiastic or show  artistic skills.
Employers need proof that you are the right candidate. If for example you have not yet gathered enough experience in the same or similar job area, possibly mention Practica , voluntary work or field projects etc. that you have completed in the past, to get the positive attention on your side.
Furthermore try to show personal skills that may be of relevance to your potential employer, such as hobbies, motivations or personal preferences, this way you can show the enterprise that you are a motivated person with the right attitude towards work and your environment and you managed to proof it in the past.
Nevertheless, sometimes(very rarely) these informations are not sufficient and you have to give solid examples to proof liability.
Maybe you have a blog and you regularly post, possibly you did voluntary work in a foreign country or you supervised a project   -if this is relevant for your job,or the enterprise, you should mention it.

Working in a family business or the independent(yourself) funding of your university courses or other trainings are examples of information that might be hugely interesting to your potential employer,as it points out characteristics such as work-ethics,manners or modesty.
Additionally it is important to display personal qualities and social skills at its best.If you are hard working and stress resistant, you should mention it by saying that you have a horse you are responsible for or that you have been doing a certain sport for years, basically presistant activities or responsibilities.

Also the layout of your CV can be of importance depending on the vacancy you are applying for.

Good Luck
